At the municipal administration, when we were faced with certain shortcomings of municipal ordinances, we decided on including an expert in their preparation, someone, who would make our work easier, and especially so that the public could better understand the importance of paying the bills that fill the municipality's budget. At a specialist lecture, we listened to Mr. Uroš Košir, who made a very good impression, so we sought collaboration. First, he prepared an amendment of the ordinance on the payment of the community infrastructure levy, which was done professionally and correctly. Mr. Košir’s approach is expert and professional, and the end product is useful. He adheres to the agreed deadlines and takes into account the client's wishes, if he determines them to be reasonable. He is currently preparing the Ordinance on the Fee for the Use of Builing Land as well as the records of building land. For the latter, he also manages the entire process, due to which he has to stay in communication with the interested parties and, of course, the municipal administration.
